IT'S FINALLY LIVE!

A project that has been on the boil over the past 4 months is finally out of the beta stage and ready for the gardening public to grasp with two hands.

As the blogosphere has continued to grow it has become increasingly hard to find bloggers amidst all the noise. And as we try to keep up with them all it's even harder to find where some are located and what their gardening experiences are like as dictated by their environment.

So it seemed like the logical thing to do was to create a visual representation of where you could find each garden blogger - especially those in your own neighbourhood.

Blog readers will be able to have a sense of where the blogger is located and garden bloggers will be able to visually highlight their location.

It's only in the baby stages of it's life but if you would like to view it for yourself, or even submit your blog on the map head over to blog-directory.gardeningtipsnideas.com and tour the gardening world.

Other Features

One of the great innovations with this blog directory is the Google Co-op Search that allows you to search only gardening blogs for information. Rather than wade through a plethora of Google results to find a tip on how to plant beetroot you can find people who are have done it and are willing to share their experiences.

There are a few other features that will be added over the next couple of months and I will discuss them here as they occur.
