Gardening tips, gardening info and heaps of ideas to help gardeners of all experience get more out of their hobby and out of their gardens.
Heather Galindo wrote a post over at Green Space titled "Best Gardening Blogs (and what I've learned from them)". While I was a little dismayed that she hadn't listed gardeningtipsnideas.com I soon got over it and began to read the article.
Now, if you're going to give a list like that you need to explain the criteria behind what made them the best and in Heather's case she's stated that it's what she learnt from them. While I wouldn't disagree with any of the blogs she mentioned, they're all great reads I would certainly add a few to the list.
Horticultural by Jane Perrone is a great learning blog as she shares her journey with allotment gardening.
Veggie Gardening Tips by Kenny has an abundance of information for growing vegetables and I'm always surprised by what comes up next and,
Diane's Baja Desert Garden Blog has continued to enthrall me with her wonderful succulent and cacti posts.
These blogs are all good but I certainly wouldn't say they're the best. However, they are the best when it comes to what I've learnt about gardening.
It would be great to see the Bloggies come up with a gardening category so that we could all compete for such a title. Not that I care if I didn't win....

I'd love to see the Bloggies come up with such a category -- that would be great! Just another way to applaud all those who are writing informative, helpful blogs.
Thanks for this post (and I know I still owe you a gerbera post -- I haven't forgotten!)

Stuart, you can nominate Australian blogs for the Australian best blogs competition - it's a little more informal. If the usual host gets it up this year, anyhow.
And apparently SmartyBlogs offered a prize for a competition too.
