Gardening tips, gardening info and heaps of ideas to help gardeners of all experience get more out of their hobby and out of their gardens.

Now that Chelsea has started, the question remains "What do we mere mortal gardeners do since we can't be there?" Fortunately, the question has been answered and the UK's BBC has produced an awesome website packed with things to see and do.
If you've never been to the Chelsea Flower Show then a 360° tour of the show may be what you're looking for. (Recommended for those with ADSL/ Broadband). You can visit Alan Capper and Ross Allen's Garden Africa which picked up a Silver-Gilt Flora award or even head over to Dean Herald's Australian Outdoor Garden, which picked up one of only 7 gold medals. Each tour has an audio commentary detailing the garden specifics and plant choices made by each designer. While you're there take the time to cast a vote in the RHS People's Award.
This website also goes into detailing the current plant and design trends that are being shown off at Chelsea. There are also a number of new plant releases including some Cayeux Irises, five new roses from Harkness Roses and three new Streptocarcus' from Dibley's Nurseries.
Viewing the Chelsea website is the closest you will get to actually being at the show from the comfort of your own home.
