That's okay Val. I'm the same with cats.
A cat containment system would consist of a heavy ball and chain. I think I might recommend that to the neighbours.

Thanks for posting this. True enough, dog containment systems that you mentioned like fences, kennels or cages are beneficial equipment for dogs. With the aid of dog containment system, leaving your pet alone will not be a problem anymore. It is definitely the instant solution to eliminate dog's unwanted behavior.
